Terms and conditions

Donors are requested to have acknowledged and accepted the following terms and conditions.

  1. Online Donation to ASAP Association can made through our websites asapassociation.in
  2. You are eligible to make a our association, subject to these Terms and Conditions if
    (i) You have attained the age of majority i.e. eighteen (18) years, and
    (ii) You are a company/proprietorship/trust/society or any other entity duly registered/incorporated under the laws of India or if you are Indian National residing in India or non-residential Indian.
  3. For online donation, We, ASAP Association, are committed to ensuring the information provided by you is fully protected.
  4. If your donation transaction is successful, you will receive an email acknowledgement of the same from our finance team.
  5. Donation to the ASAP Association does not entitle you to any goods, services, positions at/from  or any other consideration.
  6. Once a donation transaction is completed, no refund can be given under any circumstances. Please ensure filling up the donation amount with due care, and verify all fields before proceeding for payment.
  7. We accept all Visa, Master and Maestro cards, Indian Only.
  8. Credit / Debit card information is requested only on the secure payment gateway and we do not collect this information. Your card details will not be stored by ASAP Association for any reason.
  9. ASAP Association shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction.
  10. We ask below listed information, which will be held securely and will only use this information to (a) process donations and provide receipts (b) maintain accurate records of accounts for auditing purposes (c) circulating occasional updates as relevant

  11. ASAP Association reserves the right to modify or replace any of these terms and conditions at any time, and any change shall be effective once posted on the Websites.
  12. You understand and agree that in addition to these Terms and Conditions, the Donor shall also be bound by the terms and conditions of the Bank Website and/or any additional payment gateway/software service provider while making Donations towards ASAP Association on the Bank Website and/or once he/she has been redirected away from the ASAP Association Website. Indian Nationality Donor also understands and agrees that the personal or sensitive personal information provided by the Indian Nationality Donor on such third party websites shall be subject to the terms of such third party websites and Star shall not be liable for the same.
  13. In case of any network failure and /or technical failure in accessing the ASAP Association Website and /or Bank Website and /or unclear network, breakdown of machinery, disruption of network and/or for any reasons whatsoever, ASAP Association reserves the right to at its sole discretion to cease accepting Donations from the Indian Nationality Donor (s), in any manner as it may deem fit and necessary. In addition to the aforesaid, ASAP Association shall not be liable and /or responsible in any manner whatsoever in the event of any malfunction/fault /failure/disruption while making Donations on the Bank Website and/or in the internet /network services /system failure / due to technical /technological restrictions and /or due to reasons /events/incidents beyond commercially reasonable control of Star and the Indian Nationality Donor(s) shall hold harmless ASAP Association and its employees, officers or any other person in relation to the Campaign with respect to the same. Any dispute in connection to the above shall be settled between the Donor (s) and the Bank Website directly, without involving ASAP Association in any manner whatsoever.
  14. We accept donations from Indian Nationals, Non-Residential Indian Nationals , companies/Organisations registered in India and having Bank Account and/or Credit/Debit Card issued in India Only.
  15. Funds are used in accordance with our goals as decided by the Association.
  16. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at Mumbai.

We may change these terms, conditions, cancellation and return policies without any prior notice, we will update the policies on our website asapassociation.in

 Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the product you received is damaged then we will refund your full or partial purchase amount only after examining the nature and degree of the damage that has happened to the product.

It takes 5-7 days to refund the amount.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

Currently, we are not shiping. The customer has to pick up the product from our registered address.

We will notify you on the given contact details within 2 days of your order. once your cart is packed and ready.

Privacy Policy

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
